Atrium were the estate agent selling the property we purchased and we decided then to use them for the sale of our place. When we were booking in the valuation and photographer It was noted that it would just be my girlfriend who would be in and Lisa assured us that she fully trusts the people she was sending to us would make things as easy and comfortable as possible and that was definitely the case.

I recently purchased a property via Atrium Estate & Letting agents. During the lock down I emailed my details to request a viewing and they replied promptly. They arranged a viewing once the lock down was relaxed. My family and I were made welcome on arrival. All safety guidelines were explained clearly, all pass doors were opened in advance and hand sanitiser in place.
We had unlimited time to explore which is now our new home. Nicola explained everything and answered our questions and was always on que to reply to any queries as was Lisa. After picking up the keys the girls made a lovely gesture by giving us a gift bag, very thoughtful and a nice personal touch.
I would highly recommend this company after a fantastic experience all round.

Lisa is amazing at what she does. It's not just that she sold our house after only the second viewing, but she made it seem effortless and as pain free as possible, even though she was working like a demon.
