Because we are a small firm, we are able to offer a personal service with attention to detail, whilst at the same time maintaining a high standard of competence and professionalism.

Every landlord has different reasons for renting their property and because of this, we offer different services to suit your requirements.

Atrium offer the following services:

Fully Managed

Our fully managed service is our most popular choice for landlords and tenants and is designed to give you peace of mind and remove the stress and commitment of being a full-time landlord. We cover all the day to day aspects of looking after your property, from finding reliable tenants to ensuring all legal compliance is met.

We advertise on the UK’s major property portals and use a professional photographer to ensure your property is shown at it’s best. With our strict criteria we will reference the tenant fully to ensure their suitability, and will only proceed with the tenant if you are 100% satisfied. All suitable paperwork will be drawn up by Atrium and we will collect the rent on your behalf, transfer into your bank account the same day, and send you monthly statements. Property inspections will be carried out at regular intervals and you will be provided with a written report to keep you updated with the condition of your property. We will ensure that all safety certificates are up to date and we will manage repairs and maintenance to keep your property in good condition.

Letting & Rent Collection

If you are happy to deal with the day to day management and maintenance of your property but would like to take away the stress of collecting rents, our Letting and Rent Collection service may be of interest to you. We still provide a comprehensive service but we will leave you to deal with any repairs, inspections and maintenance of your property.

Find Only

If you prefer to be a more hands-on landlord, we can offer advice, if required, find you a suitable tenant, draw up the paperwork, then leave the rest of the day to day running to you. The fee for a Find Only service is a one-off fee payable when the tenants move into the property.
